Bisly intelligent building solution was implemented in the newly constructed building to create a seamless, efficient, and modern living environment. The property integrated advanced features, such as CO₂-based ventilation control, heating and cooling regulation, and energy meters, ensuring optimized energy use and indoor air quality.
To take the convenience of residents beyond their front door, smart systems like a car plate recognition camera, intercom, access management for common areas, and an on-site Iglu sauna booking platform were integrated to further enhance resident experience.
