Bisly participated in Nordbygg 2022. Held in Sweden, it is the biggest construction fair in Scandinavia. Eleven Estonian companies were represented on the joint stand of Enterprise Estonia. These companies can focus on representing their business, whilst establishing valuable new relationships thanks to the excellent management and organizational work of Enterprise Estonia. According to Siim Vips, the CEO of Bisly, Bisly’s main goal at the fair is to find new pilot projects and resellers in Scandinavia.

“We are showcasing smart building solutions geared towards larger residential developments. We have done well in this area and, with rapid scaling, we can significantly reduce the carbon footprint in new markets.” Vips added that in Estonia smart buildings have become the market standard and it is Bisly’s goal to use their technology to help achieve the same in other markets.

Bisly first started its activities in Scandinavia in 2021. With the support of the funding received within the framework of the Estonian-Norwegian cooperation program “Green ICT”, in cooperation with Norwegian partners, a unified building management system will be created. The energy efficiency of buildings is a big concern in Scandinavia and Bisly’s smart building technology helps ensure meeting the necessary requirements. Bisly’s partners in Norway are Peritus Entreprenør AS, a Norwegian subsidiary of the construction company Merko, and real estate fund Pecunia, which manages over 30 real estate development projects. Nordbygg is an international construction fair taking place once every two years where various solutions are provided for companies in the construction sector.
