A few months back Bisly announced that they had concluded their very first project in Germany in collaboration with the renowned local real estate developer Property ONE GmbH. Now that the intelligent building solution provider has officially signed its second contract with OneGruppe for the parties’ next joint venture, Bisly has once again solidified its track record of 100% returning customers.

Hitting the ground running
The beginning of 2024 saw Bisly finishing its first project in Düsseldorf in cooperation with German developer OneGruppe. The completion of the project marked a significant milestone for Bisly, as this was the intelligent building solution provider’s first project on the German market. Following the success of their first joint venture, the parties signed a contract for the second, Cologne-based project in September, further affirming Bisly’s track record of 100% customer retention.
While the first project in Düsseldorf was a blend of 12 modern apartments along with ample office and commercial space, the upcoming development located at Tacitus Str. 2-4, Cologne, consists solely of apartments meant for residential purposes and is being built with the end-user in mind. What made Bisly the obvious choice for OneGruppe when choosing who to partner with, was Bisly’s flexibility and the ability to tick all the boxes, regardless of the nature of the development.
The cabling and installation of Bisly’s hardware will be carried out by the same local installation partner as for the Düsseldorf development.
