With great gratitude, we are summing up the smart city fair Smart City Expo World Congress that took place from 16th till 19th November in Barcelona Spain. Bisly’s intelligent building solution was able to get a lot of new contacts and the necessary attention to branch out to new markets. Bisly was one of the eleven Estonian companies who had the opportunity to introduce their smart products at the e- and m-services fair thanks to Enterprise Estonia.
Smart City Expo & World Congress is the most important event in the industry, bringing together the leaders and visionaries of the most successful cities, companies, research centres, universities and manufacturers. The development of technology and IoT have created many new possibilities to help change various processes in a way where they can take people’s needs into consideration automatically. Recent experience at the Smart City Fair shows that increasing the energy efficiency of buildings through a smart solutions (EU Directive 2018/844) is a clear goal for many real estate developers, builders and managers, but there is still no reliable, future-proof and affordable solution on the market. Bisly fills that gap.
In a smart city:

Today, Bisly enters export markets and moves to the first pilots in nearby foreign countries – Finland and Norway. Introducing the product to customers in direct contact contributes significantly to the sales of the Bisly smart home solution. “We have developed a demo suitcase for the Bisly solution for trade fairs, which simulates a smart building and where the customer has the opportunity to actually test various functions and their operation. The Smart City Expo gave Bisly a good opportunity to introduce its solution to new customers,” Bisly’s sales manager and co-founder Rene Üpraus commented.
