Bringing smart living to Riviera Viimsi with Endover OÜ and Metropoli Ehitus OÜ
For this project, we collaborated with two respected partners who are well known in Estonia and the Baltic States: Endover OÜ as the developer and Metropoli Ehitus OÜ as the construction company.

How will Bisly’s building automation enhance Riviera Viimsi?
Riviera Viimsi will comprise 4 buildings with a total of 65 apartments. Construction began in September 2023, with completion scheduled for autumn 2024.
Bisly’s smart building solutions will be integral to each home, offering residents a suite of features:

Introducing the Bisly Hub and Bisly App – Putting Control in Residents’ Hands
At the heart of every smart home is the Bisly Hub, complemented by the user-friendly Bisly App. These tools allow residents to easily customise their living environment, from adjusting temperature settings to managing guest access.
An outstanding feature is ‘Away Mode’, which optimises energy use during extended periods of absence. This mode adjusts heating, cooling and ventilation to maintain the property while minimising energy consumption – a boon for both the environment and residents’ utility bills.
The Bisly app also enables remote access control, allowing residents to grant access to visitors or service providers even when they’re not at home. This seamless integration of security and convenience exemplifies the thoughtful design behind Riviera Viimsi.
