In February, Bisly completed its inaugural partnership project with Perton Ehitus. Every residence in the elegant Katze House, located in Tallinn's Kassisaba district, now features Bisly smart building technology. Through their mobile phone or wall-mounted home screen, residents can conveniently manage heating, ventilation, and door access. Utility meter readings are automatically transmitted to the property manager, eliminating the need for manual monthly submissions.
Residents who selected premium packages gain additional control over their lighting systems. The Katze House lighting management capability enables users to adjust individual room illumination, terrace lighting, or whole-home lighting via the Bisly mobile application. Users can also modify light intensity directly through the application interface.
"Bisly has a unique approach and the wired devices approach create solid feeling in terms of system reliability. Installation and co-operation with Bisly has also gone very well during the construction phase."
Marko Bäärs, Perton's manager
The partnership continues to expand, with two additional Perton ventures planned for that year. Design work has commenced on a 30-unit apartment complex at Vabriku 59 Street in Kalamaja, Tallinn.
