Bonava helped shape Bisly's intelligent building solutions while advancing smart technology adoption in residential real estate.
In 2020, few premium multifamily developments in Estonia incorporated smart solutions, and those available carried high costs with questionable functionality. Bonava's pilot project in Pärnaõue marked a pivotal moment for Bisly as one of its first major customers. The developer strategically deployed Bisly's system in two buildings while installing KNX technology in two comparable buildings, enabling direct performance and pricing comparisons.
Since that initial venture, the relationship flourished through numerous multifamily residential projects. The companies are completing Pikaliiva Kaarmaja by year's end. With continuous feedback integration, they develop increasingly efficient homes.

Bisly's digital twin technology enables instant installation. The team equipped two Pärnaõue buildings within two weeks during Q4 2020, demonstrating efficiency and precision that enhanced Bisly's market credibility.
A win-win partnership
Bisly's building automation provides Bonava's residents enhanced comfort, improved energy efficiency, and reduced living costs. Smart sensors automatically manage heating and ventilation systems while controlling monthly expenses. Residents enjoy smart video intercoms enhancing convenience and security.
The original Pärnaõue functionality-HVAC controls, access control, and smart meter readings-remains largely unchanged, though the system has significantly evolved. BislyHub served as the first in-apartment control interface, with residents able to purchase additional packages featuring shades and lighting controls.
