Bisly Development Projects Will Be Funded by the "Green ICT" – Estonian-Norwegian Cooperation Program

Estonian greentech company Bisly has secured funding through the "Green ICT" Estonian-Norwegian cooperation program, administered by Enterprise Estonia. This initiative aims to advance sustainable development by fostering innovation partnerships between Estonian and Norwegian businesses.

Bisly will collaborate with Norwegian partners to develop a unified building management system designed as "a convenient and cost-effective platform for building managers." The solution serves both residential and commercial properties across different nations.

The funding will enable Bisly to enhance its software capabilities, develop advanced algorithms, and incorporate artificial intelligence technologies. The system allows managers to monitor building conditions continuously and "extend the useful lifespan of buildings" while managing energy consumption intelligently.

The new platform consolidates multiple buildings into one management interface, eliminating the need for separate control systems. Currently, individual buildings typically operate approximately 15-25 distinct control solutions for ventilation, heating, access, and other functions.

Key features include a building dashboard displaying current status, consumption trends, energy production metrics, and savings data. The system integrates security sensors for water, fire, air, and access monitoring while supporting preventive maintenance that can "prolong the life of equipment by 20-40%."

Bisly's Norwegian partners include Peritus Entreprenør AS and Pecunia, a real estate fund managing over 25 properties.
