Bisly continues expanding its smart home automation solutions across residential developments in Estonia. The company recently announced partnerships with real estate developers including RETORI Estate, Perton, and Bonava.
RETORI Estate Partnership
The collaboration with RETORI Estate will introduce smart apartment technology to an exclusive residential building at 43b Pärnu Street in Tallinn's center. Beyond standard smart home features, the building will include "an automatically opening car lift door thanks to number recognition" which can also be controlled via the Bisly app or intercom system.
Existing Partnerships
Bisly has previously equipped residential buildings developed by Perton and Bonava. Perton's Vesivärava 9 apartment building in Kadriorg features smart home solutions alongside intelligent corridor lighting. The Bonava Uus-Mustamäe Premium development at Aiandi 7 demonstrates how "secure access" through Bisly chips or apps provides "peace of mind, as the system leaves a log of the users who opened the door."
