Classrooms brought up to 500 lux, controlled from the teacher's computer

A pilot for the Tallinn Education Department: classrooms brought up to the 500 lux of EN 12464-1 with more LED luminaires and 2 Bisly multisensors per classroom, controlled from the classroom computer, a wall switch or the Bisly app. Phase two adds the Bisly BMS for heating, ventilation, district-heating integration and meter reading.
