24 build-to-rent apartments in central Düsseldorf, OneGruppe's third project with Bisly

After a first project in Düsseldorf (Friedrich-Ebert-Str. 45) and a second joint venture in Cologne (Tacitus Str. 2-4) with German developer OneGruppe, Bisly signed contracts for 2 more buildings at Bismarckstraße 87 and 89 in central Düsseldorf. The build-to-rent buildings each have 12 apartments for long-term rental and a commercial unit on the ground floor; one apartment is Bisly's demo apartment. Bisly runs HVAC, access, shading and lighting control, and residents manage their homes with the Bisly Hub or app.
