Bisly has signed a strategic distribution partnership with BK Latvia, part of the BK Group, one of the Baltics' strongest distribution groups for electrical and automation components. BK Latvia becomes Bisly's official Tier 1 partner for Latvia and the commercial and technical front door to the market.
The agreement follows Bisly's partnership with BK Grupė in Lithuania and means the BK Group now carries Bisly across both markets. Together with Estonia, where more than half of all new apartments are delivered with Bisly automation already installed, Bisly's home region is now covered end to end by a single, aligned distribution structure, with one product standard, one training programme and one commercial logic.
The timing is deliberate. Requirements around energy performance and building data are tightening across the region, and developers are increasingly looking for automation that is straightforward to specify, quick to install and simple to operate once the building is handed over. BK Latvia brings the distribution reach, warehouse infrastructure and installer relationships to make that available across the country, and Bisly brings a platform and delivery model already proven at scale in Estonia and Lithuania.
The partnership is operational from day one. With the BK partnership, local installation partners, developers and maintenance companies are gaining immediate access to all of Bisly's portfolio, right here in the heart of Riga. Shortening delivery times for immediate delivery. Two full Bisly system demo stands are running at BK Latvia's Riga office, so developers and installers can see the platform working rather than read about it.
Bisly and BK Latvia have already worked together behind the curtains with various customers, and as of today have already signed project contracts for delivery across 2026 and 2027, with the first sites already in construction. Among them the "Lāčplēša plaza" in the heart of Riga, where Bisly automation is being delivered as part of the new building fit-out.

Execution begins immediately. In early September, Bisly and BK Latvia run a joint partner training day in Riga for BK Latvia's leading electrical and integration companies, followed by two days of joint developer meetings across the Latvian market.
The ambition is straightforward: every new building in Latvia, residential or commercial, should be smart, efficient and Bisly-powered.
