Bisly is participating in the real estate conference "Where is the Estonian real estate market headed?"

The Association of Estonian Real Estate Companies, in partnership with Swedbank, organized a real estate conference titled "Where is the Estonian real estate market headed?" on March 24th. Bisly participated in the event alongside Perton Ehitus and Scandium Kinnisvara, engaging in a panel discussion focused on energy efficiency in modern buildings.

The conference addressed several critical issues impacting the real estate sector, including the effects of the energy crisis and pandemic on construction markets. Discussions covered inflation, environmental sustainability initiatives, the status of real estate funds, and residential development challenges.

Bisly's sales director Rene Üpraus contributed to the panel discussion on energy efficiency. The company's building automation technology offers solutions to both energy and pandemic-related challenges by enabling structures to operate more sustainably. The system integrates heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, access control, and security into a unified platform.

The smart building approach optimizes energy consumption through need-based device operation. The technology can schedule energy-intensive activities during periods of lower electricity costs. Additionally, intelligently managed ventilation and lighting create healthier indoor environments while reducing environmental impact.

The conference took place in Tallinn at the Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & SPA Hotel conference center.
