A Modern Smart Home Development in Saku: Tallinna 1 by Bisly

Spacious Apartments with Smart Home Automation

Tallinna 1, developed by Retori Estate in Saku on Tallinn's outskirts, features 33 bright apartments with smart automation across floors 2-5, plus four commercial units on the ground level. The five-story structure emphasizes high ceilings and intelligent layouts integrated with Bisly's advanced smart home systems, targeting A-energy class certification.

Construction began in the second half of 2024 with NOBE OÜ as the construction partner, with completion scheduled for end of 2025. Bisly Senior VP of Global Sales Aleksandr Zirk recently showcased the project on Estonian television program Nurgakivi, discussing smart home integration opportunities.

"Retori's message to the market is that we build long-lasting buildings."

A Trusted Partnership for Smarter Building Solutions

The partnership between Retori Estate and Bisly builds on previous successful collaborations. Koger noted that Retori prioritizes local suppliers and service providers, finding Bisly's system valuable for both developer operations and customer benefits.

"Our experience with Bisly has been positive. Moreover, the system serves a dual purpose for the developer."

The integrated platform combines HVAC control, access management, and intercom systems into a single user interface, reducing complexity and improving resident adoption rates.

Growing Demand for Intelligent Building Technology

Market confidence in Bisly reflects broader adoption of intelligent building technology. Koger emphasized that while competition exists, Bisly's solutions remain affordable and accessible without unnecessary complexity.

Smart Home Automation That Delivers Comfort and Efficiency

Tallinna 1 residents benefit from:

  • HVAC Control: Climate adjustment for seasonal comfort and energy efficiency
  • Access Management: Phone app and keycard-based entry systems for guests and service providers
  • Integrated Intercom: Streamlined visitor and delivery management

Property managers gain real-time monitoring, reduced energy waste, and simplified maintenance. Developers receive remote monitoring capabilities and 24/7 customer support enabling issue resolution without on-site visits.

"Bisly's system also serves as a tool for the building manager, a two-fold benefit."
