Vabriku 59 – New Smart Homes Will Be Built in Kalamaja

A historic glass factory and copper casting production facility in Kalamaja is being transformed into modern residences. The Vabriku 59 project represents a continuation of the partnership between developer Perton Ehitus and Bisly, integrating smart home building automation throughout all apartments.

Perton Ehitus has established itself as a Kalamaja specialist, having already built or renovated 16 properties in the area. The development team is committed to preserving historic structures while introducing contemporary amenities and smart technologies.

Smart Home Advantages

Modern automation enhances residential comfort and efficiency. "Smartly controlled heating and ventilation save energy consumption and reduce the resident's monthly costs." The technology operates autonomously based on user preferences, for instance, maintaining different temperature settings between day and night without requiring daily manual adjustments.

Automated meter readings eliminate the need for residents to manually submit monthly utility readings. Remote access features allow residents to unlock doors via smartphone, view video feeds of visitors, and grant entry to delivery personnel without being physically present.

Enhanced Features

Residents can select from three interior design packages. Premium options include smartphone control of balcony lighting and power outlets, a "Magic switch" for simultaneously disabling all home lights, and motorized curtains with remote operation capabilities.
