A municipal school fully automated by Bisly. One BMS runs 9 air handling units, a ground-source heat pump and heat node, CO₂-controlled ventilation in 110 rooms, de-icing and leak detection.

General contractor Nordecon. Tested with the owner’s supervisor in August 2026. Alarms go to the facility manager’s phone, and the operator gets remote support.
