2021 – 2022

2021-2022: building management

During this phase Bisly developed a building management dashboard with a user-friendly interface for managing the building, and established partnerships with third-party hardware providers so their devices integrate into the system.

Our system provides real-time consumption data for various building systems, empowering users to make informed decisions and optimise resource usage. Additionally, we have developed advanced AI algorithms to predict future trends and provide actionable insights, further enhancing the effectiveness of our building management system.

2023 – 2024

2023-2024: scalable intelligent building technology for new and retrofitted commercial and municipal buildings

During this phase Bisly focused on developing and integrating IoT and other components with the platform, and on deploying the technology in commercial and municipal buildings. Several iterations of the BMS and end-user app interfaces improved usability and scalability.

Core system, cloud and server development focused on lowering cost and raising quality, the two main blockers to wider use of traditional building management systems. For the BMS interfaces, the focus was security, connectivity and ease of use: any user, from portfolio to room level, can use it without special training.
