Every system in the building, on one platform
AHUs from 20+ manufacturers (and any other AHU through a Modbus integration), substations, chillers, 10+ VRF and multi-split systems, meters, DALI-2 lighting, KNX, card readers, intercoms, cameras and lifts, supervised by one BMS over open protocols. We integrate every third-party device the building needs and partner with large OEMs such as ABB. Delivered, configured and serviced by certified local partners using Bisly's deployment tools. New devices are integrated free of charge and made available across the whole Bisly platform.

What connects
Ventilation plants
AHUs and ventilation units with factory controls (more than 20 systems integrated), VAV dampers, exhaust fans. Modbus RTU / TCP, 0-10 V; CO₂- and humidity-based demand control.
Heating plants
District heating substations, boilers, heat pumps, mixing circuits. Modbus RTU / TCP, relay and DI interlocks, M-Bus heat meters.
Cooling plants
Chillers, dry coolers and more than 10 VRF / VRV and multi-split systems. Modbus, vendor AC bus via the Bisly AC Gateway 1.
Lighting
DALI-2 luminaires, switches and presence sensors; non-DALI circuits; Matter luminaires. DALI-2 via the Bisly DALI Bridge 2, relay switching, Matter over Thread.
Metering
Electricity, heat, water and gas meters, network analysers. M-Bus wired and wireless (OMS), Modbus RTU meters, pulse via Bisly Controller 8 inputs.
Access and security
Card readers, locks, intercoms, IP cameras, lifts. OSDP encrypted readers, relay lock control, SIP intercoms, ONVIF / RTSP cameras, lift integration over the KONE API and similar.
KNX
Existing KNX installations connect through a KNX/IP gateway and appear in the BMS like any other system.
Third-party systems
Existing BMS head-ends, PV inverters, fire detection, external software. Modbus TCP and a documented cloud API.
New devices integrated free of charge, for every building on Bisly
If your building has a device we have not integrated yet, we integrate it at no cost. Once it is done, it becomes part of the Bisly platform: available in the digital twin, the Sales Configurator and the BMS for every building and every certified partner, not as a one-off driver for one site.

Questions we get on integrations
Do you replace the AHU's factory controller?
No. The factory controller keeps running the unit; Bisly supervises it over Modbus: setpoints, modes, alarms and trends in one place.
Our building has KNX. Does Bisly connect?
Yes. KNX installations connect through a KNX/IP gateway. Tell us early so the KNX group addresses are in the points list.
Which AHU brands have you integrated?
More than twenty so far. Send the make and model and we confirm from the list; if it is not on it yet, we integrate it free of charge.
What does integrating a new device cost?
Nothing. We integrate new devices free of charge and make them available across the whole Bisly platform, so every building and partner can use them.
We already run another BMS. Do we have to replace it?
No. Bisly connects to existing BMS head-ends over open protocols and APIs and automates the rest of the building, so you can modernise floor by floor.
