About this project
Swedbank’s former Estonian headquarters, a 22,000 m² office complex in central Tallinn, now owned by Prategli Invest and let to several tenants.
The original controls were replaced in phases while the building stayed in use: meters first, then the plant room, then the rooms floor by floor. Energy use fell 30% after the retrofit.
